A good business plan is a law you can work.
Most plans list goals. An IQUI plan lists causes. Every law has a Character to be (C), an Execution to take (E), and an Outcome you work with (O). You do this, you reap this. Change the left side of the equation — the determinant — and the result changes.
The equation
C (who you are) + E (what you do) = O (what you reap)
The shadow sits on the other side of every C word. A shadow will not work: Critical never builds, Convoluted cannot execute, Complaining never uplifts. The fix is fast — step from the shadow into the C word, take its E word, and you are ahead, not behind.
The people are the plan
A business is the people in it: the owner first, then everyone the organization holds. The plan is only as courteous as they are. Courtesy is margin — people come back to where they were treated well. Discourtesy, criticism, and hoarding are shadows that tear down what the plan builds.
What not to do · Day 8
If you are convoluted instead of clear, you cannot execute correctly. Eliminate is the execution of Day 8 — and from confusion you eliminate what is needed: the client, the relationship, the opening itself. You stop the possibility for prosperity. Be clear first, then eliminate only what stands in the doorway.

Profitability
You make a thing able to profit. The plan names the skill, the person served, and the one open door.

Profit
The opening is used. The plan designs the offer, the reach, and the relationships that compound.
Consummate · Sovereign
Prosperity
The use compounds. The plan becomes the container you deploy from — readiness you work with.
Your plan, law by law
Write one line of your plan for each law: who you will be, what you will do, what you will reap — and the shadow you refuse.
