Production is actual construction and building. Conducive becomes Contributive, then Constructive: mastery is BEING constructive. Encourage is its execution; Optimums and optimizations are what you increase. The IQUI brilliant light formula changes what you bring to the left side so you can build rather than tear down.

Optimums and optimizations
A shadow is a state to change, not who you must remain. Switch to the right C attribute and its paired E execution: you can move ahead, not stay behind.
Being critical or berating a person or thing discourages them and can leave them unable to regain their footing or foundation. BE Constructive. Encourage with love, persuasion, and a useful idea. Help restore their footing and build toward the perfection of Optimums and optimizations.

Production is the actual building. The C words progress from Conducive to Contributive to Constructive. At mastery, BE is the key word: what can I do to contribute AND BE constructive? This is how the IQUI brilliant light formula works in a person, an employer, or a business.

The Left Side of the Triangle
The left side of the triangle, or recipe, defines the C attribute you have to work with and its shadow. The shadow is the negative: it WILL NOT WORK as an ingredient for building. Changing that determinant — the attribute you bring and the execution you apply — changes what the user interface can deliver.
Change the left side: bring the correct attribute and its right execution.

Critical — What NOT to Do
Critical is the opposite, the tear-down shadow of Constructive. In this teaching, an employer, person, or business that is critical will not build: criticism ALWAYS tears down, never builds. Being critical or berating a person or thing discourages them; they can lose their footing and struggle to regain their foundation. The antidote is to build or encourage. Help restore their footing instead of leaving them with less capacity to act.
The shadow is Critical. The correct mastery attribute is Constructive.

A Constructive Idea, Not Constructive Criticism
Rename constructive criticism as a constructive idea. Only love, persuasion, and being constructive belong in this recipe. You can name what can be improved while contributing an idea, a useful request, or help with the next step. The purpose is to build the person and the work, not deconstruct them.
Replace a tear-down judgment with an idea someone can build with.

Encourage — Increase Optimums
The mastery E word is Encourage. When you are Constructive, you Encourage through love and persuasion. If you notice yourself being Critical, switch to BEING Constructive and apply Encourage: the change places you ahead, not behind. What you are increasing is OPTIMUMS and optimizations: help the person, relationship, organization, or product work better with what it has. The right C attribute and E execution build toward the perfection of optimizations. Encouragement carries a contribution into actual building.
